Life is simply hectic these days. Between work, family, and trying to squeeze in some me time/self-care/relaxation, it can be tough to keep up. But there's one thing that always gets me through: coffee. I seriously love the taste of a good cup of joe, and it gives me the energy I need to tackle the day.
Of course, I also know that sleep is important. But sometimes, when you're powering through a busy schedule, it can be hard to get enough shut-eye. So, on those days when I'm feeling particularly tired, I might just indulge in a little extra coffee (and maybe even skip a nap/power nap/quick snooze).
No condemnation here – we all have our habits/guilty pleasures. And for me, it's a warm mug of coffee and the promise of a productive day/getting things done/accomplishing my goals.

When life gets overwhelming, and the usual anxiety relief methods aren't cutting it, I turn to my unconventional source of comfort: a trusty French Press. This ritualistic process of pulverizing beans, pouring hot water, and patiently steeping for the perfect brew becomes my moment of clarity. Each taste carries with it a wave of calm, grounding me in the current experience.

So, while I may occasionally seek out a mental health professional, my French Press remains a reliable source of support through life's challenges.
